>An invoice including postage cost will be sent to your email if the item you are interested in is still available.
PAYMENT MODE
>We accept DBS/POSB bank transfers for local buyers.
>We accept Paypal for international buyers.
>Item will be sent out after payment is received.
POSTAGE DETAILS
>All items are sent via SingPost.
>Postage prices will vary depending on the weight of your purchase.
>Registered Mail is encouraged at an additional SGD2.24 on top of normal postage.
EXCHANGE and REFUND POLICY
>We only accept exchanges of defective goods.
>If the item received is defected, please enclose a picture of the defect via email.
>Goods must be returned within 7 days upon receipt.
>A one to one exchange will be done if the item exchange is in stock, if not, a full refund will be given.
>Refunds and exchanges will be made within 3 working days once your item reaches us.
TERMS and CONDITIONS
>We will not be liable for any lost normal mails and damaged parcels should you not opt for registered mail.
>We do not accept reservations of items.
>Payment must be made within 24 hours upon receiving invoice to secure your purchase.
